The first half features a slowpaced flow to build strength, and balance. The second half has longer holds that target deep muscles and tissues.

Power Flow
Power Flow is a perfect way to tone and strengthen muscles, get your heart rate pumping, and torch calories. Our instructors will provide cueing that is designed for all level of yogis to put you at ease, yet also provide opportunities to challenge yourself. The hot room better allows you to detoxify the body and go deeper into postures. Come and jam to your favorite tunes as you flow!

Yin
Yin yoga focuses on deeper stretches, held for a longer period of time to increase overall flexibility, improve emotional and physical balance, and calm the mind. Yin encourages you to connect with your breath and your body, and can help reduce stress and anxiety. Yin helps improve your postures for all of your other classes!

Tone & Sculpt
This fun, upbeat class blends movements of Power Yoga, Cardio, and Interval Training, all in one hour! Light weights, gliders, and resistance bands in conjunction with isometric moves are added to classic yoga postures to sculpt your body from head to toe. An additional focus on core work will have you feeling the burn! All set to fun and upbeat music!

Pilates Sculpt
Pilates Sculpt is a mat-based workout focused on building strength in the deep core and stabilizing muscles throughout the body. While it incorporates minimal yoga (primarily Downward Dog), this class uses props like resistance bands, gliders, blocks, and Pilates balls to create a controlled, targeted burn. Expect a slow, challenging flow—more sculpt and stability than fast-paced cardio.

Yoga Fusion
Yoga Fusion combines traditional yoga movements with light weights to build strength and flexibility in a mindful way. This class offers a gentler alternative to Tone & Sculpt—no resistance bands or gliders needed—making it perfect for those looking to tone and flow without high intensity.

Restorative Yin
Restorative yin is a relaxing practice suitable for everyone. This practice focuses on deeper holds to calm and heal the body. This is the perfect compliment to other forms of exercise-it promotes stillness, relaxation, and calm breaths which can also assist in better sleep. A night time yin class is perfect for those looking for stretching, stress relief, deep relaxation, and mindful rest. Your body and mind will thank you!
