Amanda brings a strong, athletic background to her teaching as a former dancer and professional bodybuilder. After discovering yoga as a transformative practice, she completed her training in Charlotte and now leads energetic, strength-focused classes that build confidence and endurance.

Amanda McCroskey

Madison is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher who has been practicing for over a decade, first discovering yoga during a college course focused on movement and natural healing. With a background in dance, she brings a thoughtful and balanced approach to her teaching, helping students build strength, presence, and connection both on and off the mat.

Ezio began his yoga journey on a whim and was immediately drawn to the practice. Now focused on Ashtanga yoga, he continues to deepen his knowledge through reading, seminars, and workshops. Mallary began practicing yoga in 2007 and quickly experienced both the physical and mental benefits of a consistent practice. After completing her training in New York City and later advancing her certification in Charlotte, she transitioned from a fast-paced banking career into teaching yoga full time. Her classes focus on breath awareness, intentional movement, and helping students feel strong, present, and empowered on and off the mat.

Mallary Jones
